Heart surgery for Mihai

My 21-year-old friend Mihai from Romania is facing the greatest emergency of his life. Often he earns barely enough to pay his rent and monthly bills. Earlier in the year he was treated for kidney stones. And now he urgently needs surgery to repair a defective heart valve which is creating the risk of a heart attack. He has been waiting for a month. He sweats a lot and has pain in his chest. His heart beats erratically and his breathing is sometimes laboured, And as he weakens his spirits are flagging. The economy is terrible in Romania and he cannot afford the exorbitant fees demanded, especially with the way his resources are already depleted. Without sufficient funds he will die soon. Please help.
