Campaign Story
Francelestine Rei S. Dave was born last November 3, 2019 via normal delivery. However, they found out that the baby had difficulty in breathing which caused the bluish tint color of her skin. Since the baby cannot breathe on her own, she was admitted to the NICU and was immediately administered oxygen. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and was administered with antibiotics twice. After the antibiotics medication, the doctor suggest to do a 2D echo of the baby since there are heart murmurs. It was later found out that there is something wrong with the baby's heart. She has a Congenital Heart Disease (D-Transposition of the great arteries w/ Large patent foramen ovale and patent ductus arteriosus) and she needs an immediate heart surgery.
