We are knocking at your kind hearts for financial support for our daughter. She needs to undergo Pacemaker and open heart surgery. She was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, Atrial Septal defect, Pulmonic Stenosis valvar and abdominal situs invertus ( Inverted organs) We need P150,000 for pacemaker and 150k for the open heart surgery we don't have enough money. As well as the medicines for her maintenance. We're asking for those who are willing and able.
