Heart for a Heart

Please help my friend Jan Polhemus receive the immediate treatment he needs for his heart.

Jan is a Philanthropist from the US in the Philippines and is the Founder and Chief Executive of Team Smiles Outreach Inc.

His mission is to help children with Cleft Lip and CLeft Palate deformities receive FREE surgery to help them get back the smiles they deserve. He has helped over 3,000 children to date with his selfless efforts.

Jan has an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator) which has saved him from deadly heart attacks numerous times, but his luck is almost out. His ICD has an alarm telling him his battery is low. This has been the case for several months now and the audible alarm is barely making any audible alerts now.

Jan's surgery expenses will cost him up to $15,000. Please help us, his friends and colleagues, come up with this money needed to help Jan get fixed so he can continue his good work back in the Philippines.
