hi this is my son Lord Angelo Andres 2yrs.old special child he's a down Syndrome kid with Congenital heart disease and ventricular septal defect.
Bcoz of his condition he needs to undergo heart operation..but we can't afford this kind of operation coz its too expensive ..
My son was so adorable and loving kid and fun to be with.. so please help my son to live a normal and happy life.. I'm begging you all 💙💛💙..
