heart attack helper

hello,
My name is Omer Faruk Ozel, İ have researched about heart attack and what could help about it, as known, heart attack is a too deadly crisis and whoever has that crisis need to be saved immediately,it can be happened any time to any one, no matter younger or older, my research and solution about it is exactly for that crisis minute, however i cannot fund to develope it up and make international patent applications to give a chance for anyone in the world, i m hoping that it will not be faded, everyone lose someone they know everyday quickly because of that crisis.
my hope and purpose is able to make it then give chances to people when they need, scientist found that covid-19 vaccine and why not this ?.
