Heart and Soul Healing Sanctuary

Let me tell you a little about myself.

My name is Faith Rogers, and I am 22 years old. I was born in Wilderness, South Africa, born to a man of medicine, and a medicine woman, under the stars, and under the trees, next to a magnificent waterfall, I was birthed in full faith. I am the oldest daughter of 8 children, all 8 of us were birthed by the hands of my father, and mother. I was brought up in ways different to most people, ways that made me experience the world in the most extraordinary way. I was brought up on a beautiful farm, my father build our house, nestled in the valley of the 3 most lush green valleys, covered with wild mountain goats, and other wild creatures.There was a mystical forest, were mushrooms grew, and a faerie waterfall flowed. Our school was in the forest, created by my father, out of his deep love and affection for her, my mother is a teacher, my father built our school out of canvas, because he knew it was good for our learning, and our growth. It was the best school I have ever been inside. In grade 1, I learned how to knit, sow, weave, crochet, and to cook, and from very young we were taught how to garden. In grade 2, we were taught how to do metal work, and wood work, and we were also taught how to build a house. We were taught how to love Earth, and how to love creation, but most of all we were taught how to love ourselves. We roamed the mountains learning the different herbs and plants, and making friends with the wild creatures. Finding crystals ,and playing extraordinary fun games, our imaginations running wild. We did yoga, in the form of movement, and yoga in the form of meditation. We experienced life as the whole beauty that it is.

Now let me tell you what the Heart & Soul Healing Sanctuary is.

The Heart & Soul Healing Sanctuary is a space dedicated to Growth, Love, and Gratitude. A space where you can come and enjoy the beauty of mother nature, and experience the growth of your Mind, Body, and Soul. Filling you with such Gratitude for existence, and for life. And then you will naturally reach the point of pure ecstatic Love. How do you reach this state of being, I can hear you asking. Well that's easy, its as simple as all the things I mentioned about myself. I want to create a space on a farm, where you can come and experience healing, naturally, through you. Imagine Beautiful lush green rolling hills, a Gorgeous wild exhilarating and exciting forest. Imagine a crystal blue pool, a ever flowing fresh river, with the most perfect waterfall. Imagine little home spaces built from natural resources. Imagine workshops of all kinds, where you can learn how to do woodwork, how to work with metal, clay work, crafting (paper mache', painting, weaving, sewing, knitting, crochet). Workshops for meditation, yoga workshops. Imagine learning how to cook just right for your body type, imagine learning how to cook the most amazing foods from almost nothing, Imagine learning what food is best combined, and how much nutrients you need to take in, and how to cook to keep your nutrients. Workshops on learning about all the plants and all it properties, benefits, and uses. Learn how to plant food and herbs in the most incredible and efficient ways. Experience Wood fires to heat up our showers, and a compost toilet that produces methane gas and electricity.

Heart & Soul Healing Sanctuary, is a space dedicated to helping you find your own inner natural healing, peace, love, and happiness. You will be guided with a helping hand, to help you to become, your most truest, most authentic self.

And my greatest wish of all its to make this a freedom movement. I don't want people to pay to come and stay at the Sanctuary. My wish is to make it free. Everyone is welcome, Love should be free, and so should Healing.
