Healthy way to happines!

Incredible feeling when you swim, you almost do not feel hands and feet. My head starts to panic - and at this point it is necessary to collect all thoughts and calm down. When you out of the water, the first two minutes ogranizm still does not understand nothing, and then begins the best... Heart flies, on the verge of pulse irresistibly circling in my head, very hard to bring the body to normal temperature, it is necessary to be constantly on the move (run, jump and push-ups), after a 10 minutes warm-up comes to life and you realize how big the human ogranizm and you do not just a little man, but a great person who can control your mind and body, to achieve powerful results and grow to incredible heights!

I represent a group of like-minded people who lead a healthy lifestyle, play sports, and most importantly we bathe in the winter! 
In the world it is called winter swimming. We call our group "Polar Bears" =))) 
We live in the country - Uraine. Unfortunately in our country sports such as winter swimming is not an official sport. 
Therefore, there are no conditions, so that people could do it en masse. 
In my town we have a derelict building on the bank of a pond where we swim. We have attracted some investors to organize the territory of that building a center for sports and winter swimming! 

However, we lack the $ 38,000 to buy the rest of the territory. 

Familiar from the U.S. recommended me this site, because it had already helped him to realize his dream. 

So I'm here! I want to realize my dream and our! So we can be healthy!
