Hi, my name is Liana.

I have always been passionate about helping people, making a difference in the world and sport.

I have been planning ‘HealthLia’ for a while, now all I need is some funding to make one of my dreams come to life.

HealthLia is all about helping people become Healthier – Mentally & Physically.

Healthy Body + Healthy Mind = Happy Life.

Health is the highest blessing and Health is Wealth – If you’re healthy, you’re wealthy. We want to highlight that looking after yourself physically and mentally is so important. We want to create an environment where people feel comfortable seeking help and asking for support from the HealthLia Team when need be.Imagine all the medical costs and money that could be saved if we lived a healthier lifestyle.

• 24/7 Support chat for when anyone needs to walk
• HealthLia Squad Members Forum – Where you can share tips, gain advice and interact with your fellow HealthLia Squad Members who are also on a journey to becoming Healthier.

• Personal Trainers
• Water Bottles
• Juices
• Salads
• Juice Bars

The money raised will go to;

• Creating Website Fees
• Water Bottles
• Hiring Staff / ie; Hiring Personal Trainers, Support Crew and more.
• Process of Creating Active Wear / Sports Gear
• Developing Healthy & Delicious Juices and Convenient Healthy & Fresh Salads
• Opening Juice Bar(s) – Eventually in NZ, AUS, UK, U.S
• Maybe – Creating a watch that can count your steps and give you daily reminders etc.
