Campaign Story
Hello there! I'm Nursultan, 21y.o., from Shymkent, Kazakhstan. I'm a 3rd-year dental student. I'm interested in Public Health and planning to continue my studies in this field after graduation.
I've been dreaming to visit a lot of countries, including Africa. As you know, dangerous diseases like Malaria and AIDS / HIV are widespread in Africa. I'd like to volunteer and help African people by participating in treatment and health education. I live with my mother and grandmother, I've never received any support from my father.
I want to volunteer through PlanMyGapYear this summer. A program I chose - Medical Volunteer in Ghana with PMGY | | #1 Affordable Programs Abroad (planmygapyear.com). The money we raise will be used for the program fee, visa, flight to, and from Ghana, travel insurance. The program fee of US$819(249$ is for registration fee) for 3 weeks covers accommodation, three meals a day, airport pick up, and supervision. Avia tickets ~$1400-1600. +For gifts I will give out during health education classes (toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.)
