Healthcare Volunteer project in Costa Rica

Hello! My name is Lyne, and I am a third-year student in Biomedical Sciences. It has been my dream to become a doctor without borders, which is why I really want to do this volunteering healthcare project in Costa Rica! I love volunteering abroad. Their culture is lovely as their values revolve around family and community. However, their healthcare system needs help and assistance desperately. Many hospitals are too small for the number of patients and the ratio of healthcare professionals to patients is terribly off, which is why I find the need to offer a helping hand to their community in any way that I can. Furthermore, even as I have tree jobs my financial situation is still not allowing me to afford this project. This is why I need your help!
