Who?

I am a passionante, driven, persistent and educated personal trainer and graduate student working towards making my dreams come true. With 6 years of personal training experience, it has become evident that people, now more than ever, seem to be in search of something more than a prescription. Exercise is fulfilling, rewarding and has long term health benefits when done consistently. 

What?

I am raising funds to open a strength and conditioning & fitness facility centered on educating clients and high service standards. Research has shown that exercise can provide the necessary physical and psychological results that promote self-efficacy and, in turn, lead to better life choices. I firmly believe the quality of your health directly affects your life and would love to lead others to a better quality of life. 

There is a facility developement plan, an operational plan, standard operating procedures and start up budget in existence. However, I have yet to find a location. The amount that I am asking for help with would go towards the purchase of "The Rig" in the facilty. The Rig is the center of the facility and can be used for racking barbells, pull ups, hanging gymnastics rings, and practicing exercses that require a suspended support system.

When?

There is no set deadline. I realize this is a huge endeavor and may take loger than I hope but I am ready to work to make my dreams come true. I am set to graduate in December of 2013 so I am hoping to be shopping around for possible locations by then.

Where?

My new husband and I live in Miami, FL. and love our home town!

Why?

Fitness professionals sometimes holds a client’s dreams in their hands and that client deserves honest and customized service. Donors will get a space on the facility wall with their name and/or picture once the doors are open!
