Health Care Needed

Hello. My mother has been diagnoised with many things within the past few years. She has been diagnoised with idiopathic pulminary fibrosis which is a terminal illness, diabetes, high blood peassure, heart tachycardia, swollen legs and feet, arthritis, COPD, asthma, memory loss, anxiouty, depression, spinalstanosis and much more. She is on constant oxygen and she walks with a walker. She has been in a coma and has been in and out of hospitals for many months at a time. I want her to be able to be at home in her own bed and her own enviorment and be comfortable with the proper health care that she needs. She cant clean and cook or do anything really on her own and I have a 6 month old daughter who I take care of day and night which prevents me from being able to take care of her as much as I would like to. She goes to sleep every night scared that she might not wake up and sinse ive had my daughter its been worse because she wants to watch her grow and be there for her. I would appreciate it more then anything to have her have the health care she needs and assistanse she needs. I just dont have that kind of money for it. I would be really greatful for any help that we can get. Thank you.
