Goal & Purpose. Optimum health and fitness is something that belongs to everyone regardless of gender or age.
Though always a fitness enthusiast, as a senior citizen aging has presented new obstacles to battle and overcome. After pursuing it myself, I am determined to encourage, teach and train all ages that health and fitness can be achieved and maintained. With that purpose in mind, in early 2012, I formed the Battle Ready Fitness Network, LLC to ensure resources and services are available to all. The Network provides referrals, training, and resources to ensure every person has one-stop access to everything needed to achieve their fitness goals.
How Can You Help? All donations (of any amount) are welcome and the monies raised from this fundraiser will be used specifically to complete education and training (including certification in personal training, senior and women's fitness specializations) and to complete website construction, and cover business fees. Donations of $50 and above will be eligible for specials and discounts on our services.
If you want to be at your physical and mental best and want the same for your children and older members of your family and community, we welcome you to join our efforts. Thank you in advance for your support!
