Good day!

I created this fundraiser to be able to help myself for the surgeries I might undergo to due to my medical condition. I don't want to rely to my parents as we don't have money for any type of treatment. If you could donate any amount, it would be a big help for me and for my family to be able to seek medical treatment from your fundings.
