Heal the dog

this dog has eyes problem and injured because her tail is cut off, she needs a good medical service thought I want to help her and take her to doctor but the fees is unaffordable for me. I ask friends for the help, however we raised fund for the treatment for the tail but for eyes it is little costly my friends suggest me to get crowdfunding for this dog. Please help this dog, dog cannot talk but we can understand their feeling and pain, I request all of you please help the dog so that she can lived her life normal. Dog only live for 12-14 years that also like this unfortunate! Please help, thank you.
