Heal Efrey’s eyes to help him support his mother’s cancer treatment

I am the 2nd among 4 siblings, the youngest being a child with special needs. I supports the family's daily needs as a seafarer and to be able to embark on a ship, I have to take a pre-medical exam. I have to undergo an eye treatment to be able to remain a seafarer. As of the moment, I don't even have cash to last a week in Makati City. I live off food given to me by my generous friends, who are also financially troubled. I really want to be able to embark soon to be able to support my mother's treatment, as she has breast cancer. I am just using WiFi from a nearby establishment to be able to make this campaign possible.
