Heal a Heart: A Heart Surgery of Celestina Louise
A 4 months old baby girl named Celestina Louise Y. Baconguis, she was diagnosed with Cogenital Heart Disease, Coarctation of Aorta, Long Segment, Fair Contractility, Left Ventricular Enlargement. She needs to undergo a Closed Heart Surgery to stimulate her life and living condition. The baby girl's family has no financial capacity to spend for her treatment.
Her medical surgery cost 600,000-700,000 pesos. As given by the hospital report, her surgery should be treated on priority basis. On behalf of my family, we are requesting and pleading to support us for her surgery cost.
