Headstone for my dad

My dad passed away in August 2012, and I thought surely I could raise enough to get him a proper headstone, by now, but as a single mom of three boys, working and unexpected expenses, it has not happened.  My dad, like any other, deserves to have a headstone where people can know who lies there...  I am not proud that he doesnt have a headstone.... it bothers me very much... but life insurance policies dont cover everything unless you have prepaid a few things.  He did not.  Casket, plot, moving the body from one city to another.... costs all add up...  nothing was left for a head stone....  can you make a difference and make sure he has one final thing to call his own?
