Hi my name is Basmah and I’m 23 years old. I grow up in small family. And I graduated from university this last year in Malaysia. My father did pay all my university fee and he worked so hard to collect every single dollar in order to teach me and make me achieve my dream of being architect. However, he lost his job before 2 years and he couldn’t join any other job after that because he is old and new laws at the country where my family stay. They spent all saving money for my study. And now my only brother will graduate from high school this coming year but he can’t join university because of money!. I feel so bad for that. And I feel I’m the reason why my family now are suffering in foreign country. They stopped doing many things because of me. I and my family depend on my father salary for living and that was our one and only source of income. After my father lost his job I wanted to quit from university but he didn’t allow me to do so. After that when I graduated I hoped that I would find I job here in Malaysia that will make me help my family. But unfortunately the maximum salary I could get was $200. It’s even not enough to me. So I decided to start working hard to open a café in Malaysia to me and my family. Small good business that we can depend on for living. I love coffee. And I’m good preparing the best types of coffee I took some courses before about that. I really wanna open this café and I do have many plans related with this. Many charity programs in my mind that I can handle.

the reality of financing making many students and families struggling in their life and it limiting their dreams. I want help those people. Hire them with good profits. Teach them basics that I know so they can start their own later on. I want to build not only a simple café. But a café that is home to everyone. This café will serve all people and focus on students environment and business men also. Good quality of coffee and food. I do have good business plan but I need your help to make it true.
I’m a good graphic designer and I can do the interior design of my café by my own but the money I need is for leasing and coffee equipments. And rental for the first month…etc (Time Startup Costs).

  • First and One-Time Startup Costs
  • Ongoing Fixed Costs (Rent, Insurance, Security)
  • Ongoing Variable Costs (Coffee, Supplies, Labor)

I’m working hard these days to collect the money but I can’t do this without your help. Help me surprising my dad and rest of my family. And sure I will try my best to thank you back with best way I can.
