Update posted by Datu Lanelio Sangcoan On Feb 06, 2021

Dear Kind Donors:

Amidst of the challenges and difficulties during this time, the end is near of fundraising campaign to save the remaining sacred forest. Very sad that every second, minute, day, month, there are lots to happen in the communities, sacred forest and wildlife. The fight between good and evil in the communities where the tribal elders are striving to protect the remaining sacred forest, but the outside forces of money brought the tribal leaders to become tribal dealers.

Hundreds of hectares had been sold to the capitalists' last month and gradually cover the sacred forest. We are doing our efforts to call for help and support of our cause to save the natures and cultures for the next generations. For now the elders are worried about their last home.

We would like to give you update that we are now 2% of our fundraising campaign and this progress brought happiness for the community but this is not enough to save the 100 hectares sacred forest. We are here to fight but the battle is not yet over.

For this, we would like to call your last help during the last days and minutes of our fundraising campaign , please double your support and donate now end this fight towards cultural and natures survival.

Thank you so much for the donors who gave their time and money for this cause. While there is more time, you can double your donation for the last chance.

Thank you

Hello sir and madam, greetings to you all, almost get fight with my forest rangers against the entry of the capitalist, it is in mount kalabasiyon. They discovered a big deposit of gold and copper. I told them that we can sit down to talk and ask them not destroy the mountain

I told them please do not enter, we will talk to the owners not to sell it to you, I told them that if they sell it then we will be the one find ways to acquire it. My forest rangers are willing to fight for the last home of the tribes.

Miners and capitalists promised the tribal members and clan owners to live with money, offering them a house to live and work under the wings of the outsiders. It is very hurt for me that these people don't know nothing even I told them the result of destruction. Like now strong typhoons here.

For this, I made a video with a ritual ceremony to ask for support. Please help us to achieve our goals of the 50,000 USD. This urgent call is very important to save the last home of the Tribes.

Please share as you can, any little amount from your kind hearts will save the remaining sacred forest.

Hope to save all the 6000 hectares but cannot do it without your support. We can do this for the future generations.

Dear supporters, your mercy and support to save the remaining sacred forest are the foundation to continue the existence of the tribes, wildlife and the mother earth as a whole.

We are now in this fight to stand in protecting the remaining sacred forest. We are now 1 percent of the total goal. Please be with me to achieve the goal. This is our mother earth.
