Have had bad car accident and no home. Mom and son desperate for assistance!

I am a single mother of a 17 yr old son. He will be a senior this year, an honor roll student, awesome kid. I had been laid off from a job about two years ago, have been trying to make ends meet. June 14,2017 due to high rent, we were evicted. My credit has gone down so it has been difficult to get an apartment. Our car was our home for four days. Sunday, June 18 we were taking my son out to Boy Scout camp where he was to work in the kitchen for the summer. I had gotten my LI license, and was starting out, not making much quite yet. We have no family in this area, and I don't have anyone close that we could stay with.

Four days later, Sunday, June 18th, it had been raining very hard. Slick roads and worn tires are not good. Jordan has his temps and was driving. He put on the brakes when he saw the car ahead of us brake. Our car didn't stop. Wheels locked our little Toyota Yaris slammed into a Hummer, totaling our car. My insurance did not cover anything for us. Ever since we have been living in cheap hotels. Jordan injured his right hand. My forehead starred the windshield. Without transportation, we had no way to work. Our bank is now overdrawn by $1000, and locked, we can no longer book any more hotels to stay in, tonight is the last night in this hotel. Don't know where to go tomorrow. We need money to buy another vehicle. I couldn't think of what else to do so I am reaching out. We would use the donated money to pay the negative in our bank account, and purchase a cheap, but hopefully reliable vehicle for about $1500. My son needs to graduate from his school he has gone to since 8th grade. This would at least allow us to get to where we need to go and at least be a start to getting out of this horrible situation. Please, if any of you know what we are going through, your help would invaluable, and save us from being homeless. I will definitely pay it forward. Thank you.
