Campaign Story
I am Robert V. Tablate, a public school teacher from a very far province of Catanduanes. Last January, 2018 my wife, Elsie Faith V. Tablate was diagnosed with an End Stage (Stage 5) Renal Disease Secondary to Hypertensive Nephropathy.
Last January and March 2018 she has been admitted twice at National Kidney Transplant Institute at Quezon City, Philippines beacause of some complications due to kidney failure.
Right now, she's currently having her Dialysis Treatment, 3 times a week at NephroCare, Quezon City Branch.
Now, we've been here at Makati City for almost 12 months together with our 4-year-old son, Filbert Caleb V. Tablate. No permanent home, no job, no money... I've been on leave from my teaching job since January, 2018. I can no longer sustain all the needs of my son, especially, the needs of my wife for her dialysis treatment, medications, including the laboratory tests for her kidney transplant and we badly need 600k for her operation to done at National Kidney Transplant Institute.
Please help us. Help me for my son. Help me for my wife's survival and recovery from her disease.
