HAVE A HEART FOR KATIE
Katie Gomez, only 8 years old, is in need of immediate heart surgery. Three weeks ago her young life changed in a blink of an eye. One minute she was playing with her friends and running around, and the next she began vomiting and complaining of severe chest pains. After being rushed into emergency it was discovered that she has a rare life threatening heart condition that requires immediate surgery.
Katie is currently in a foster home after she lost her mother to breast cancer three (3) years ago. She is the only child and her grandparents are also deceased. She is currently living with a loving foster family who is struggling meet all of her needs to the best of their ability. With her impending surgery and medical care, $100,000 needs to be raised to cover this unforeseen medical emergency.
We are asking for donations of any amount. Please have a heart to save young Katie’s heart.
