Have a Heart for Brian Jay’s Kidney Transplant

Good Day!

I am writing this letter to humbly ask you for a little help for the KIDNEY TRANSPLANT of my brother, BRIAN JAY SALUDO. Kidney Transplant costs 1.5 million, and donor crossmatching costs 150,000 per donor.

He is suffering from an irreversible progressive STAGE 4 CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE.

His glomerular filtration rate is now down to 18. Only 18% of his kidneys are functioning.

We are left with only 2 options- HEMODIALYSIS or KIDNEY TRANSPLANT.

We are doing a fund raising to help support his medical expenses and future operation. We are selling these shirts to help raise funds for his operation.
Net proceeds from the purchase of these tshirts will be used in his treatment, hospital bills and operation.
