Harrison’s Training and Second Chance On Life

This is the most important message you will read in regards to one dogs life so please read all the way through. Harrison is an incredible dog that has been through hell. He was found as a stray and brought to the Carson animal shelter in early May. He was so mishandled and neglected that he had to have surgery to remove the collar that was embedded into his neck upon arrival. He got a brief taste of freedom last month for a few days, but due to MASSIVE human error, he has been tossed BACK into the kill shelter...where he has now been stuck, going on 8 months with no human contact or exercise.
