Happy Jack’s Adventure’s Car

Hello, my name is Jack I am 8 years old and I have a condition called Cerebral Palsy which effects all of my limbs and with my condition i have also been diagnosed of being registered blind, having epilepsy, being tube fed and have severe learning difficulties (mummy is writing for me). I was born 4 weeks early and had complications from the moment i was born in which i was starved of oxygen, needed help breathing and had a fit. In the hospital 2 weeks after i was born i had an MRI scan which showed that my brain was damaged and that i was going to need help for the rest of my life due to the damage. From birth i am unable to walk, talk, sit, get myself dressed, toilet, feed and do all everyday tasks so it has come down to my mummy and family to look after me from the moment i wake up to the moment i fall asleep everyday!!! Even though i am not independant i am the most happiest, cheekiest little boy and love life! so just because i have a condition that does not let me live life to the full and be able to do "normal stuff" I enjoy everything that i can do.  I have lots of specialist equipment to help me around the house and also at school, i do have my own wheelchair and i get hoisted as i am now a heavy little boy to carry. I do have a motabilty scheme in which mummy has got a car through and i currently get hoisted in and out of my car seat, but i am getting taller and don't relax when i am in my seat so mummy now struggles getting me in and out of the car, so we now need to look at getting a wheelchair accessible vehicle. The problem is we need to look at a car that we can have for at least 5 years and that will suit our family. So we need to look at a car that can accommodate mummy, daddy Mike, my step sister Mia, My dog charlie and the possibilty of another brother or sister in the future. We do have to make an advance payment on these vehicles and they are soooo expensive that mummy and daddy mike just cannot afford to pay out. So i am looking to help mummy and daddy mike fund a vehicle for me that will cost at least £2995 to make there life easier so they can wheel me on and wheel me off without me getting the hump in my car seat.
