I have donated to crowdfunding sites before and never believed I would be posting on one.  I have always believed in hepling others, especially in times of need.

I am here to tell my story.  I met the man of my dreams a few years ago while working at a gym while going through nursing school.  He wa my best friend, my everything, fast forward a couple years and I became pregnant.  The night we found out we were so excited, nervous, and scared.  The pregnancy from the very begining was not normal.  I was told I had a abnormal gestational sac and needed to keep a close eye, so I was at the doctor's quite often.  I always was worried and began to lose faith, that was until I heard to most amazing quick heartbeat.  That moment I knew everything was going to be okay, but I was wrong.

We lost the baby around 10 or 11 weeks.  During the D&C, the doctors found abnormal tissue.  The following day at the doctors office it was confirmed I had had a partial molar pregnancy.  A molar pregnancy happens when a fertilized egg develops into a growth called a mole instead of into a normal embryo. A partial molar is when  there's some normal placental tissue among the cluster of abnormal tissue. The embryo does begin to develop, so there may be a fetus or just some fetal tissue or an amniotic sac.

After this was confirmed I had to go to the doctor's weekly for hCG level checks.  When someone has a molar pregnancy the molar cells can be left behind and continue to grow into grapelike tumors again.  The body recognizes the growth withint he uterus and then treats it as if is a fetus and your hCG levels rise just like when you are pregnant, so it is a good way to monitor growth.  My hCG leels appeared to be lowering, then stabilizing, the rising.  Doctor's confirm I had persistant trophoblastic disease.  After being in the care with the local cancer institute and many months later I am now healthy.

The father of the baby stayed with my during it all.  He was at every appointment.  He took amazing care of me and I could not have asked for anyone better to have been my partner through it all.  About a month ago he took the plunge and asked me to  marry him!  He is now my fiance and I know after everything we went through that we can make it thorugh anything as long as we are together.  Thing is, he has student loan bills, I have medical bills out of the wazoo, and after being declared healthy I returned to school for sonography in hopes to work in nonexistent.

Neither one of us want a large wedding, just a small celebration of everything we have made it throuhg and everything that we are going to come upon in this world together.  This will help us begin our marriage happily and hopefully bring many beautiful children to the world.
