Hans’ Anoplasty Operation

Good day! We are knocking in your generous heart for my nephew- Hans Robejes Cadenas. He was born last September 29, 2014 with multiple disorders - He has down syndrome with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) or congenital heart defect and has in imperforate anus. He undergone temporary colostomy surgical procedure at Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Since he had Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) or congenital heart defect, he couldn't hurdle many operations that time.

They seldom visited his doctor due to financial incapacity of both parents. Then aside from that, he needs a cardio clearance for his his Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) or congenital heart defect and will reach 10kilograms for the anoplasty to be performed.

He will be turned 5 years old last September 29, 2019. We made this fund raising drive to help us sustain his medical expenses like maintenance needs, medicines, medical expenses and fare allowances in coming to and fro the regional hospital in preparation for his operations. But according to Hans mother, until now his operation schedule is still lined up due to many cases of surgical procedure in the said hospital. Then the surgeons there are rotating every week so no one of them will take risk for his operation and do not know in depth his medical background. We are afraid that his imperforate anus will be permanent so we need to look for other alternative.

Both his parents have no regular jobs. His father, who is my younger brother, June Bestuir Cadenas is a tricycle driver, while his mother, Monica Robejes Cadenas bought Ukay and sold it to her colleagues and friends in her hometown- La Castellana every weekends so they could buy Hans' needs and sustain their daily needs. She is also selling Personal Collection products and e-loads.

His temporary colostomy goes out every time he exerted effort. His mother just pushes it in once she cleans it.
