Handicapped SickleCell patient with bills to pay

I am a 26 year old with Sickle Cell and Avascular Necrosis which left me handicapped. This illness caused me to have stroke as a child and 3 years ago. I suffer episodes of pain that hospitalizes me for a week or 10 days, which kept me from finishing my college studies because of the absent days. My parents are in their 70's with their own diseases and medication and bills. I reached out to many charities but nothing was done. I have no medical insurance because the cost is very high since I have this disease which requires a lot of hospitalizations for the pain episodes and every 8 weeks blood exchange therapy and my medications. I had to take loans from people and ask others for help, and those who I took loans from no longer answer their phones, and those who helped me before now they stopped. I still have to pay people back, and pay the hospital bills. I am unable to work because the avascular necrosis eats away the bones in my knees and it requires knee replacement surgery but in the last stage, stage 4, and thankfully I'm at stage 2. I walk with crutches, and live every day in anxiety. I no longer know when was a time I was not depressed. I only ask to help me with whatever you can that will help me pay those bills because they are what I need to pay at the moment before the hospital takes drastic measures. Anything you'll help with will come back to you in many other forms.
