My name is David Haggard and I have muscular distrophy.I'm 58 years old and a certyfied scubadiver     with HSA(Handicap Scuba Assoccation).My dream is to go to Micronesia for my 60th birthday.Being on a fixed income it seems like just a dream--but--dreams come true.  thankyou
