Help an emotional abuse victim move out

They are a 22 year old university student (university is free there) suffering from emotional abuse and started getting more and more suicidal... No therapy and no meds will help until they get away from the person who's abusive and they have no money to fullfil their dream which is moving out. They want things to change, they want to get up on their feet and start living once more... They also want to change the type of classes they have so they can start working full time... They just want to live like a normal human being, not being scared of everything, not living in a constant fear and stress... Why are they not going to report it? Because they do not want to lose their last family member, they hope that them having distance and trying to focus on themselves will change their relationship and if that doesn't work they will cut them off. Even if they don't reach the said goal... Anything will help, they don't expect much from this, they just wanted to give it a try since they still have hope left in them.

Please don't report this, please don't act up on it... If you truly want to help then please donate as it'll help them much more than anything else, they just want to move out and be able to live on their own long enough to get a full time job. They are working as much as they can but are still struggling even to be able to save up. Please find it in the kindness of your heart to help them move to a more stable and safe environment.
