The purpose of this mission is two-fold. First, we will work doing maintenance at the retreat centre in Monte Rico and assisting with the construction of a retreat centre in Rio Dulce. Second, we will interact with Guatemalan children and their familes as we participate in village feeding programs and conduct children's ministries in variouse villages.
Guatemala is a third world country located just south of Mexico. Approximately 15 million people call this country home making it the most populous state in Central Amercia.
We will be leaving January 28/15 and returning February 7/15.
