Growth in Agriculture

Greetings! My name is Ryan and I am a 1-man business owner looking to expand. The agriculture industry is booming right now in the Midwest, and I am in need of a larger building to expand into. I fabricate grain handling equipment at a reduced price compared to John Deere, International Harvester, etc. I try to cater to the hobby farmer than is barely scraping by. It's hard to afford new equipment with the unpredictable weather negatively effecting crop production. If I can provide a farmer an opportunity to increase crop production without forcing him to go bankrupt to do it, I feel that I am making a positive impact in the community. Most of the current crop production is going toward ethanol production to reduce fossil fuel use. I am in favor of renewable fuels and saving the environment, so I will do all I can to help stimulate the local business. I have recently seen tremendous need by local farmers, but do not have the infrastructure to keep up with it. I am looking to move into a 104'x48' building that will allow me to employ another fabricator and have offices to meet with potential customers. The building is $160,000.
