Officer Fowler sr is now 73 years old, he is an honest and caring man, a father of four, and also a grandfather to five, he is the type of guy that will give you his last. and Officer Fowler has been in the law enforcement for over 30 years. And Unfortunately, instead of enjoying his retirement Years, he is suffering from Gum Disease which resulted in the lost of his upper row of teeth, everyday Officer Fowler is in pain both physically and Emotionally, He Can No Longer Eat Solid Foods and is in Constant pain from his irritated gums. And Sadly his Dental insurance Doesn't Cover the Dental implant Surgery he needs. Most people in Life want martial things, All Officer Fowler wants is to be able to smile again.
