Grocery Store – New Venture

Im currently looking to establish a grocery store just below my condominium. Its in need of a grocery store as the current on its actually not really putting the effort and its affecting the community to a certain extend. Looking to take over this current grocery store, renovate it and put in the right effort to get this place going and ensure its a place where we are able to serve the people here.
