Greta Taani Tantsima

Hei!

Olen 21. aastane tantsija Tallinnast ning vajan killukest abi enda unistuse täideviimiseks. Sel sügisel võeti mind vastu Euroopa parimasse tantsuprogrammi Copenhagen Dance Education, mis on olnud minu suureks eesmärgiks juba mitu aastat.

Tänaseks olen näinud 8 kuud kõvasti vaeva, et iseseivalt koguda kokku raha õppemaksuks. Olgugi, et suurem töö on selja taga, ootab mind nüüd ees veel lõpusirge, et saaksin juba augustis oma elu siin kokku pakkida ja minna Taanit avastama. Selleks aga vajan pisut heade inimeste abi, sest summad on suured ja väljaminekuid palju. Olen tohutult tänulik kõigile, kes kasvõi natukene mind sellel teel toetada soovivad!

Miks mina?

Olen tegelenud tantsuga alates kolmandast eluaastast, millest viimased neli olen ka ise treener ja koreograaf endale südamelähedases DanceAct Tantsustuudios. Lisaks olen kaasa löönud paljudes põnevates projektides, võistluskavades, videotes jpm. Alates eelmisest aastast olen osa Inglismaal ja Taanis tegutsevast tantsukompaniist CompanyJinks, mida veab tuntud koreograaf Ricky Jinks. Sellel suvel oli mul suur rõõm olla ka Ricky Jinksi assistent võistluskava kokku panekul. Olen osalenud mitmetes nii Eesti kui ka väliskoreograafide töötubades nagu nt Julia Koneva (EST), Janette Norkko (EST), Ainsley Ricketts (UK), Todd Willamson (AU), Diddie Mie From (DK), Zacc Milne (IE), King O`Holi (UK), Lucy Vallely (USA), Alex Komulainen (FIN/USA), Nicole Hastings (UK), Sergio Reis (NL), Jordy Spardiens (NL) jpt. Nüüd olengi jõudnud punkti, kus soovin astuda täielikult oma mugavustsoonist välja, avastada enda potenstiaali ka Euroopa mastaabis ning alustada enda professionaalse tantsija teekonda.

Hi!

I'm a 21-year-old dancer from Tallinn and I need a little help to fulfil my dream. This fall I was accepted into the best dance program in Europe, Copenhagen Dance Education, which has been a big goal of mine for many years now.

I have worked hard for 8 months now to gather all the money for the tuition fees all by myself. Even though most of the work is done by now I still have some obstacles to overcome so that I can pack up my life here in August and start a new chapter in Denmark. In order to do that I need a little help from all the good people, because the sums are large and there’s not a lot of time left for me in Estonia. I am extremely grateful to everyone who wants to support me on this journey!

Why me?

I have been dancing since I was three years old. Which the last four I have been a teacher and choreographer in my home studio DanceAct. In addition, I have participated in many exciting projects, competitions, videos, etc. Since last year, I am also a part of the dance company CompanyJinks, which is based in England and Denmark, and is run by the well-appreciated choreographer Ricky Jinks. This summer, I had the great pleasure of being Ricky Jinks assistant in putting together a competition piece. Furthermore I have participated in many workshops of both Estonian and foreign choreographers, such as Julia Koneva (EST), Janette Norkko (EST), Ainsley Ricketts (UK), Todd Willamson (AU), Diddie Mie From (DK), Zacc Milne (IE), King O `Holi (UK), Lucy Vallely (USA), Alex Komulainen (FIN/USA), Nicole Hastings (UK), Sergio Reis (NL), Jordy Spardiens (NL) etc. Now I have reached the point where I want to step completely out of my comfort zone, discover my full potential and start my journey as a professional dancer.
