At first I was scared to show this to anyone then I came across Gresham Police Abuse and since the Gresham Police Department already have as they say it "Proof of my crime" because they took a copy of it with my permission. I'm not scared anymore I feel like my rights were violated and that the Gresham Police abused me. I was sleeping in my apartment on 23rd and Rene in Gresham Oregon on 9/2/14. I heard more then one bomb blast, glass breaking, and my apartment shook around 4:00am and i ran outside with my ipad to see what was going on and to my surprise other neighbors were outside seeing what it was that woke them. I ran to the front the the apartment and turned my camera on where I was assaulted(thats how i feel i feel violated) by a Gresham Police Officer Sergent McGowan who was un marked carrying a machine gun. I told him it was not past my curfew and according to ors 165.540 i did what im supposed to because as soon as he shoved me the first time i told him your on icloud which is where the video was saved ors 165.540 tell me too notify anyone im recording. I was only on the scene for a minute and still out of breath from running. I did not resist arrest and I was not in the way or interfering. The public safety concern is that right across the street is East Wind Apartments which is filled with family's and little kids sleeping at 4:00am in the morning. What if someone started shooting and a bullet struck an apartment and killed someone while they were sleeping. There officers are not marked and are wearing military camo and carrying what appears to be fully automatic weapons. Is this safe to be carrying out such an extreme military procedure with bombs and machine guns right next to an apartment filled with woman and children as well as in between two schools. Here is the video I worked hard to clean up my life and get on the right track. I need a fair chance at this i am being charged with two crimes and $5000 that's just like someone lifting me up from my leg upside down and shaking all the money i saved over the years. For what? video taping an incident that woke up the entire neighborhood? I need to raise $5000 plus legal fees. If there is anyone out their that can help please leave a small donation to me and I will appreciate it very much.
