Our "little" brother, Greg Kalinyak, needs your help. He has been in a very difficult, life-changing situation since September of 2020. Although we must protect his privacy, we can tell you that Greg's situation Involves legal and mental health issues. Our family has been very supportive of Greg both emotionally and financially. While we continue to support our dear brother, we are finding that the financial help Greg desperately needs is more than we can provide. For those of you who do not know Greg, we would like to share a little bit about him.
Greg was raised in a small town in western Pennsylvania, the youngest of four children. He was always a gentle kid with a loving spirit and a kind heart, traits which still describe him today. Like his siblings, he was very competitive. Whether it was a high school football game, a pickup game of softball in the backyard, or a board game, he was determined to win. His winning spirit and “go for it” attitude also made Greg an exceptional teammate. Sports were a huge part of his life throughout his childhood and in college. He was a starting Lineman for the College of William and Mary football team and was named an Academic All-American in 1990. However, his greatest legacy as a student-athlete at W&M was the long-lasting bonds that he established with his gridiron “brothers” who played alongside him in the trenches.
Although Greg has an accomplished career in finance, he would say his greatest success is being a proud, loving father of six children, who he calls his “babies.” Sophia, Lucia, Michael, Angela, Nicholas and Josephine are beautiful kids; gentle, loving, and kind like their father. We want him to be the father that he once was and so desires to be again. Please help.
