Jimenez would like to ask a helping hand for my live in partner Ezra Jean Canita which diagnosed Cardiogenic shock secondary to acute decompasted heart failure secondary to thyrotoxic cardiomypathy, Acute respiratory failure with Thyroid storm on this Diagnosis he Died last Dec 11 2021 I made this fund raising to help us pay bills on the Hospital of Medical City we can’t able to get his Death certificate from the hospital aslong we can’t pay the outstanding hospital bills his father also died last Nov. 30 2021 I hope and pray that anyone out there can hear our prayers to help his family God bless you all
