Campaign Story
This page was created to support a family that lost their only house , car and possessions in the wildfires of MATI village outside of Athens Greece in the tragic events of July 2018.
Getting to know Emmanouil (Manolis) Bountouris i got to respect this humble man who saved his family members plus his pets, not to mention the help he gave to many others while in the sea waiting for hours for help, and want to help him and his family rebuid their lives from scratch.
For starters he needs to remake his taxi car, so he can start putting some money aside.
From September/October the rains will start, and from October/November the cold will start to settle in.So, the money will provide them for enough support to rent a flat or two for his family and him, while trying to rebuild their house.
Do please join this effort and make a difference at least to five individual lives (him, with his father, mother, and uncle who were all living under the same roof).
To you it might be something you consider very little.
To them it can mean the world.
