Great ideas with little money, help me!

Hi Everybody all around the globe!

I bet you have heard about Hungary. No, not hungry, i mean a little country in central Europe. That is where I am from. My aim is very simple. To make thousends of people smile and make them feel great. So what is this all about? My plan is to organise open-air partys with melodic techno music where people can meet each other, have some drinks, dance a bit, do a basket dinner, play sport or just simply have some time to rest. Why techno? As I can see that is what is trending now and to be honest I am a big fan of it. Luckily most of the youngsters and bit older (17-40years) people have the same opinion.
