WHY AM I HERE ASKING YOU FOR HELP?

Throughout my life, I've felt most comfortable with my mom and strangers, like many of you. So many people I don't know have helped me when I've broken down on the road or when I was in line at the gas station. There were people there to help.

A few times perfect strangers paid the extra change I didn't have enough of. I'm pretty sure some of you can relate. Once I was in a McDonald's line with my kids. The man and woman in front of my kids and I, paid for our entire meal. This is without even knowing what we were going to order. Because of the kindness of these strangers and people like you. I've done the same for others. My heart swells up with gratitude because I think we all know we're connected in some way. We truly are family. So what better place to get help fullfilling a dream then here, with you and especially you business minded people. You, the ones with the same dream as myself. You, the one with big goals because you want to prove to yourself and others that building your own business is not only possible but necessary. To you, the ones with family who want to support them and make them proud. As well as wanting to leave your legacy behind. You are more than the average person. You care and you get it. Business is necessary towards becoming successful in every way.

WHAT DO I NEED YOU TO HELP ME DO?

I need you to help me solidify, build and grow my Subcontracting business.

Six years ago, my partner at the time and myself hired and subcontracted out handyman contractors to customers.

We also had the task of finding and scheduling customers. It did okay for a few years then I became sick and ended it. I've been well for a while now and Currently, I have a few handymen and partnered contractors throughout Utah. I tried expanding but Consistently Run into issues because of lack of money.

OVERALL GOALS

My overall goals are to grow my business to $80,000 dollars individual net profit. This will be completed within 12 to 16 month. Which is very doable since I have some clients and a system, I created, that works for now. I also want to expand my business consistently in Midland Texas, Southern California, SF, CA and Canton and Toledo, Ohio. Consistently means not random customers every few months but a consistent customer base. I want to build this business the way. What I mean by building it the right way is no more trying free or cheap methods. You know how you hold onto some habits for so long. Only to one day realize those habits are just holding you back? My habit is thinking I don't need much money to build and grow my business.

I'm focused on my $80,000 dollar Target and my 3 state expansion. I have a Fool Proof System that works in my business. I just need your help funding my business tasks I order to build and grow exponentially.

WHO AM I?

My story is a story you hear pretty often. I'm a 41 year old single mom who dropped out of college in my Junior year. I've taken software, business, marketing and real estate courses since then. I'm passionate about business and I learned a lot working with my father. He was a General Contractor who owned his own business. You know that experience you get from working in family businesses? My father's business is a prime example of that.I have three intelligent children. All of whom, deserve more than they're getting because we struggle financially. This is part of the reason I'm here, reaching out to you. I'm here, not just to ask for your help but to eventually help you by growing my business.

WHO ARE MY KIDS?

I have a beautiful 10 year old daughter who reads over 2000 pages every 3 days because she LOVES reading. She's in 4th grade reading at an 8th grade level. I have two sons, 9 and 7 yrs old. Both are naturally athletic. All three of my kids fluctuate between #1 and #2 out of their entire class and grade in school. They are also the nicest children.

My kids are mature compared to most kids their age. Not because they've seen a lot or been through a lot. They're mature because I am open with them about people. For example, I never used to just say, "Don't take candy from strangers." I would ask them to pick out the bad strangers and good strangers in a crowd. I would then ask why they thought each person was bad or good. I would then show them a real story on the news or YouTube. Then I'd ask "Does he or she look bad?" I would then explain why we look a certain way and why looks do not matter when it comes to bad and good. I also educate my kids by having them start small businesses themselves. For a few weeks they come up with a business plan and follow through. I also share many Autobiographies stories of real people overcoming great obstacles.

THE BUSINESS

LIke I said, I started a Subcontracting business from home six years ago. My Father, who was a General Contractor all my life, had just died. I had just divorced one year earlier. I was left completely alone with three children because my mom died when I was a teenager. I started marketing for handymen and plumbers. I created social media business accounts. I had a friend help schedule appointments. I had to market for customers as well. We used automated lead services. It went well for a few years but here I am again. I've been at it again consistently for the past few months. The epiphany hit when I realized everybody with real businesses invest real money. I now see that I do need to invest real money into my business to solidify it, build it and grow it to become successful. I need more control to grow it too so I'll need other licensing and insurance.

I never used credit cards and I have under a $1000 Dollars in debt which I'm paying off. My only expenses are my current utility bills, my phone and my rent. I've currently estimated that I'll need $30,000 dollars to help grow my business to where I want it.

I would start bringing in profit right off the bat. I would buy two work vehicles. I'll buy one used truck straight out and I'd lease the other newer one so I can build my credit and fico Score.

I would need business licensing, Insurance for our workers, a computer, a real website and marketing. I do have a partner who will be starting with me in March. The money would pay for a small temporary rental office. These are small offices you can pay per use. It's a great alternative and saves thousands of dollars a year. This is where I can interview potential Employees, contractors and more. We can hold meetings and trainings here too. It would also pay for the less costly subscription needs.
