Grassroot campaign for EQUALITY

In May 17 of 2019, myself and three other friends, activist with years of experience through advocacy work for LGBTQ reform in our native country of Guyana (South America) came together to launch Empowering Queers Using Artistic Learning (EQUAL Guyana) aimed at engaging, educating and empowering members of the community, allies, families among others in building bridges that would have contributed to the lack of awareness which would enable a progressive development of all to live and familiarize in achieving absolute EQUALity. One of our main objectives as a registered not for profit organization is using alternative means through arts to building those bridges among all that would formulate conversation throughout society to make a change.

My objective through this fundraiser aims at raising funds that would aid in offsetting expenses through in our idea projects purchasing materials and marketing.
