Granny flat for my Mother

My moms husband passed away recently with no money left for her and nowhere to go as and old lady it is hard to try and start over. My mom is 59 years old her 60th birthday is in March 2020. We have taken her into our home. My mom is deaf and only receive Sassa from the goverment. We love and respect her very much. As an old lady she would just love to have a small granny flat of her own to grow old. Without having to warry about life itself. Never to warry about where she wil be staying. We have a property of our own where we would love to build my mom a small granny flat. We just do not have the moneys to build a granny flat for her to call it her own. In todays life old people are thrown around and so many of them forgotten. Please help me help my mom. So she could feel save, loved and not forgotten.
