Grandparents Need Help

In, June of 2000 my daughter Catherine died, she had a 20 month old son, the father had not wanted to take Nicholas and we kept him, they were living with us at the time. Ray, the father and my daughter had not lived together for some before her death. She was a good, kind loving person, but was born with a disorder that she died from. Nicholas, has health issues, and mental health issues. We, are struggling to keep up with the cost, that his insurance dose not cover. We, also had to pay out a large amount, of legal fees this last year. His father decided he wanted Nicholas after 16 years of not wanting him! About, this time my husband had a bad car crash, so now, we are about to lose our home and, need help as soon as possible. We, have tried to get help from several programs, but they will not help us, siting we get too much money every month. We, also have a disabled son, who dose get some help. Nicholas, suffers from depression, addhd, he feels so angry, at his father, for not loving him, and being in and out of his life. We, are getting all of the help, that is out their, but how do you mend a young mans heart? We, love him so very much! He, is so lost and we don't know how to help him, nothing has worked so far,. He, has started, smoking THC and we are getting him help with this, he is very smart, and he knows this is wrong. We, will be going back to his doctor in Memphis TN. soon, It is our hope that we, can get Nicholas the help that will turn him around, before it is too late. The cost, of these trips and the money we have had to pay out in the past year, has broke us, and their is still along road ahead of us, With Nicholas, we love him very much, we know he must learn to cope with all that has happened to him, and to make the right choices. We, do not want him to, wind up dead or in prison. We, are both retired corrections employees. We, treat Nicholas with, love and respect, and also advise him on what will happen to him if he chooses the wrong path. If, we could get some help, we would be forever grateful. We, both love the Lord and try teaching this to Nichol and our other grandchildren. Please help!
