Grandmother’s ultimate wish

My grandmother is turning 76 years old on September 11. She has been having a hard time walking for more than 10 years now because of osteoarthritis. She is using two canes just to walk and if she is walking after some minutes she is having a hard time. Eversince she felt this pain in her bones, she always asked me as one of her grandsons that he raised, we are 6 by the way, that her wish is for her to have her own vehicle before she dies of old age. I have been trying so hard to give her the wish that she is hoping for but I needed help to buy her one. I am hoping that any kind person could help me achieve her ultimate wish. I will be surprising her. I am planning to head to the Philippines before her birthday and wishing that I could buy her even a second or third hand car so that she will not be using the public transportation when she goes out for her check-ups or market days. She has been my guardian since my mother left me, I was still a baby when she took care of me, so with this I am hoping that I could make her happy even with her old age.
