Grandmother fighting for grandchildren

Urgent! My name is Josephine I am a grandmother who is fighting for her grandchildren. My grandchildren were placed in foster care recently and in order for me to be able to see or even try to get the children I need a lawyer. The cost of the lawyer is $ 5000.00 and I need help. I hate that it has come to this because I feel helpless asking for help with funding. These wonderful children are not being allowed to see any grandparent and I am being informed that grandparents have no rights in WV. To even file a petition, it has to be through a lawyer. I filed a petition on my own as I was informed I could do by an attorney however the court is not recognizing it and I have to file to be an intervener. These children need to stay connected to family for their best interested. I pray constantly that my grandchildren are not being subjected to the traumas that has been reported in the news lately about foster care. Please if you can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I love these children and want them to know that their family is fighting for them and will not give up. I have tried legal aid among other routes and this is the last route. Please HELP ME AND MY GRANDBABIES. I am scared for them.

As we all know legal help is extremely expensive and any help would greatly be appreciated. Please help me raise money so I can continue the fight to get these children back with family.
