Grandma’s fighting heart

Grandma is 82, she had a heart bypass in 2008, is diabetic and has been in and out of hospital since then. This time she has been hospitalized for the longest time. It was April 2nd when she couldn't breathe so we brought her to the hospital. She has a heart failure the doctor said. She has end stage renal failure too. She has been undergoing dialysis every 2 days. She can't eat and sleep and move . She has been having hallucinations and bad memory. But she is fighting nevertheless, and we are fighting alongside her. Today, the doctor said she better go home. Go home to recover or go home to just wait for something that we can't even mention or imagine.. i don't know. But we need to pay for the bill first, and still need money to continue dialysis as outpatient. Grandpa is home waiting for her. Even though he is 88 and very weak and also just came home from hospital and being treated for pneumonia and other illnesses, he never stopped worrying for his beloved. As weak as he is, he manages to visit Grandma at the hospital even though each step makes him feel very tired, but he isn't giving up on her. So here we are knocking at your hearts to share with us your blessings even just a bit. Please help us take Grandma home and let her spend the moments in her little room filled with good memories, beside the love of her life. Thank you so much.
