Grandma Nancy’s Memorial Fund

To everyone who may not have heard the news yet, our wonderful grandma Nancy Sewell passed away in her sleep on October 9th. Her daughter Roxanne was with her when she passed, but we are all still very devastated.

Funeral plans are still being arranged and any updates regarding locations and times will be posted here. My Grandma didn't have an ending wish for her earthly body. She was a very religious woman and she knew she was going home to be with the Lord.

Grandma absolutely loved her family. She was always spending time with her grandkids, the Lord, or being outdoors. She also loved to bake!

We have already had numerous emails, texts and messages from people asking how to help, so here it is!

Grandma Nancy had a stroke while she was living in Beatty. She moved up to Eugene with her daughter, Roxanne, and her grandkids, to get better care and be closer to hospitals, and family. My Grandma was a fighter. She went through multiple rehabs and came out strong. But her health continued to deteriorate. There were a couple times we all thought that she was going to pass, but she always came back, smiling, and laughing. She had a smile that could light up the room.

As many of you are aware, due to my Grandma's illness, she was unable to work for several years and Roxanne has been her full-time caregiver as well as a mom to Mauricio. This has created a huge financial burden and something I am certain we can all do something to help with.
